The right way:

use pills

put on gloves
take blindfold
blindfold tom
pull gently

To get herculese medal:
Do everything above except you type pull instead of pull gently

Other Medals:

2.Type play when you're already playing
3.Type deliver from the main menu
4.Type suicide
5.Deliver the baby w/out taking the pills
6.Type push
7.do something and then let time run out
8.Don't do anything at all until time runs out
9.Deliver the baby w/out blindfolding tom
10.Type deliver w/out putting on gloves
11.Deliver the baby succesfully in 20 seconds
